I know I’m a little late on this, but here is a sign we are using in our offices to alert patients to the problem with clopidogrel and omeprazole. Thought it might be useful for others.

Great idea, thanks to you I am more conscious about my products however I really have no clue what I’m looking for when I read a label. At some point it would be nice to have a printable cheat sheet of the good and bad ingredients to look for.
